Location: Abuja, FCT
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
● A relevant first degree. The possession of a Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Psychology or related discipline will be an added advantage.
● Evidence of at least 7 years in successful leadership (as a Vice Principal, Head of Year, Head of Student Affairs, Pastoral Lead etc) within a high standard international school.
● An excellent understanding of statutory safeguarding and child protection requirements.
● Experience of promoting positive relationships between staff, parents, governors and the community.
● Grounded understanding of an inclusive approach to teaching and the meeting of students additional learning and developmental needs.
Start Date: As Soon As Possible (the client is mindful of the need to give notice and appropriate date of resumption agreed).
Salary & Benefits: Monthly Net salary - ₦430,000 (negotiable). Benefits include Family Accommodation, 13th Month, Fuel Allowance, Communication Allowance and Pension.
