Job Description/Requirements
To ensure effective trade operations and seamless execution of sales strategies by supporting retail and distribution channels, optimizing inventory flow, coordinating trade activities, and enabling the sales team with the tools, insights, and processes needed to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the mobile accessories sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement trade execution plans across multiple channels (retail stores, distributors, online).
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales and field teams for smooth in-market execution.
- Monitor trade performance metrics (e.g. sell-in, sell-out, stock coverage, returns) and highlight action areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of promotional materials, POS tools, and merchandising support to field teams.
- Work with the supply chain team to ensure product availability aligns with sales forecasts and trade demand.
- Support channel partners with product knowledge, price lists, training materials, and stock visibility tools.
- Track trade promotions, incentive schemes, and campaign performance across all customer segments.
- Manage B2B order flows and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and fulfillment.
- Liaise with finance to reconcile trade discounts, rebates, and account credits with resellers/distributors.
- Maintain up-to-date master data on products, pricing, stock levels, and partner databases.
- Provide reports, insights, and dashboards on trade activities to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives in trade operations.
- Support product launches, retail activations, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with marketing. Act as a key liaison between commercial, operations, finance, and external retail partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and A Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field are highly preferred. Professional certification are vital requirements.
- Self-starter with 5+ years of practice or industry experience in a multinational/ mobile technology/FMCG company, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of retail and distribution channel operations.
- Experience with inventory planning or merchandising tools.
- Previous involvement in sales forecasting, demand planning, or customer support operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and performance-driven environment.
