We are currently seeking an innovative, detail-oriented, and well-connected Tour Curator / Ticketing Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, package, and curate unique and appealing tour experiences for diverse client categories (leisure, corporate, family, luxury, etc.).
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, and ticketing using industry-standard booking platforms.
- Negotiate and maintain valuable partnerships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to secure competitive deals.
- Leverage high-profile industry networks to drive premium opportunities and exclusive experiences for clients.
- Track travel trends, visa policies, and customer preferences to create market-relevant offerings.
- Provide excellent pre-travel and post-travel support to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and tour schedules.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to promote packages and maximize client reach.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable private university, graduating with no less than a Second Class Upper (2:1).
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in tour curation, travel consulting, or ticketing operations.
- Strong high-profile professional networks within the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as:
- Amadeus
- Sabre
- Galileo (Travelport)
- Worldspan
- Knowledge of tour management and itinerary tools such as Travefy, Tourwriter, or Lemax.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple bookings, and meet tight deadlines.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Digital proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online booking portals.
