- We are seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Telesales Agent to handle incoming customer calls, provide accurate information, and convert inquiries into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound calls from prospective customers across SCALE’s service categories.
- Understand customer needs and convert qualified inquiries into successful sales.
- Clearly communicate SCALE’s value propositions and guide users through the sign-up or service booking process.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information and lead status in the CRM system.
- Route complex or unresolved inquiries to relevant service teams for timely resolution.
- Follow up on previous inquiries to support lead nurturing and customer retention efforts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inbound call-to-conversion rate
- Average call handling time
- Lead follow-up and closure rate
- Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
- CRM accuracy and call log completeness.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in inbound telesales or customer support roles
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call management systems
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Customer-first mindset and goal-driven attitude
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
