Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and application processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records promptly.
- Follow up on leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- Must own a smartphone with at least 3GB of RAM
- Be computer literate
- Below 30 years
- Proximity to Ikeja
- Good communication skills.
