Role Description
This is a full-time, field based role for a Direct Sales Agent based in Lagos. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, vendors, presenting and demonstrating products, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The agent will also collaborate with the finance team to manage transaction processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Customer Service and Sales expertise
- Basic knowledge of Finance and transaction processes
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in direct sales or a related field is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
