Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Victoria Island, Lagos. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, engaging potential customers, providing customer service and support, and handling sales-related inquiries. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to customer requests, maintaining customer databases, and contributing to sales strategies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate or infrastructure industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport digitally
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and use insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales communication tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in digital sales, ideally within real estate or property development.
