Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Telemarketer who will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone to promote products, explain services, resolve issues, and encourage online purchases. They support customer acquisition, upselling, and retention through direct communication.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Call leads or existing customers to promote eCommerce products, special deals, or seasonal offers.
- Explain how the online platform works, including navigation, ordering, payment, and delivery processes.
- Guide customers through placing orders online or assist with account creation if needed.
- Upsell or cross-sell related items based on customer interest and purchase history.
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up on abandoned carts, incomplete registrations, or recent purchases to boost retention.
- Handle objections professionally and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates. Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings or platform usability.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or communication is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping behavior.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Comfortable working with scripts and adapting based on customer responses.
