Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the FDT is the first contact of our clients and prospects with our organisation. The FDT is key to ensuring that the face to face and virtual/remote contact with our customers and prospects is friendly and professional and line with Company standards of customer service focus.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive visitors into the company in a professional manner, ensuring a pleasant customer experience each time.
- Answer all calls courteously and maintain a summary log of interactions.
- Initiate sales-focused calls to customers and prospects under the guidance of the head of sales.
- Ensure proper transmission of the message both within and outside the company.
- Ensure the reception area is always kept clean & presentable.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests and complaints by customers and visitors.
- Receive mails/packages from courier companies/visitors/customers and deliver to the appropriate persons. Interface with office cleaner/assistant(s) where needed.
R equirements:
- Education: National Diploma in any discipline. BSC holders
- Experience: 1-2 years in a related role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel at a minimum)
