As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a proactive Telemarketer who will drive customer engagement, grow our subscriber base, and support our customer service efforts.
Job Summary:
The Telemarketer will be responsible for promoting our products and services through direct phone calls, handling customer inquiries, and most importantly, increasing the number of subscribers to our brand.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a proven background in customer service or telesales, and the ability to convert prospects into loyal subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
~Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and subscription packages.
~Actively work to increase the number of Classic Cream subscribers by driving sign-ups and renewals.
~Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
~Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat subscriptions.
~Identify customer needs, explain product benefits, and recommend subscription plans.
~Keep accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and subscription growth.
~Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly subscriber growth targets.
~Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at boosting subscriptions.
~Follow communication scripts while also tailoring responses to customer needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
~HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not compulsory).
~Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
~Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
~Goal-driven with the ability to meet subscription targets.
~Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
~Ability to remain motivated and professional even when handling objections.
~Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
