Job Summary
The Telemarketer is responsible for turning raw leads into booked appointments for the
Deck Sales team by making persuasive, informative follow-up calls. They report to the
Deck Lead for performance accountability and to the call centre manager under
GoTravel CC for administrative support and attendance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
● Call and qualify leads from OPC agents
● Book and confirm appointments for presentations
● Maintain CRM records and follow-up notes
● Meet calling and appointment targets

● Excellent phone communication and professionalism
● Objection handling and persuasive selling
● Consistency and organizational skills
● Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
Qualifications
● Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Customer Service or Communication
● 1–2 years of outbound calling or call center experience
● Previous work in tele-sales, in either travel, hospitality, insurance, real estate, or
services industries
