· Assist with interpretation of architectural and structural drawings on-site.
· Support the site team with technical inputs and ensure updates to design changes are tracked.
· Participate in snagging, quality inspections, and site walkthroughs.
· Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, photographs, and materials received.
· Document site activities, minutes of meetings, and snag list status for ongoing developments.
· Assist in preparing project handover documentation and compliance checklists.
· Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to follow up on drawings, approvals, and technical issues.
· Track submissions and correspondences for project milestones and ensure timely closures.
· Support procurement and project team with material schedules and technical specs.
· Assist in reviewing and modifying architectural and MEP drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
· Help ensure that the latest versions of drawings are available on-site.
· Coordinate revisions between design consultants and construction supervisors.
Qualifications:
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Building Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar technical or site support role
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate developments is a plus
