- Implement merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Degree in Retail Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or supermarket operations, ideally in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
