Role Description

This is a contract role for a Supervisor in our Data and Product Deployment (DPD) Department. The incumbent will work directly with our partners in Anambra and Abia States in the South East Region of Nigeria. The DPD Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that end-user service is timely and accurate on a daily basis, and providing outstanding first level technical support.

Key Responsibilty:

• Onboard end users (SMEs) on the data collection platform;
• Train end users in using and navigating the data collection platform;
• Assessing the technical needs of registered SMEs;
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams;
• Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process;
• Resolving system and application issues;
• Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly;
• Handling equipment provisioning from field operations;
• Resolving user access issues;
• Maintain files, and organise documents;
• Working closely with the team lead; and
Carryout other functions as may be directed by the Organisation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of BSc or Equivalent in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• An experience in tech is an added advantage.
• A minimum 1 year relevant experience in data deployment or related roles;
• Must be available for online interview within 12 hours after application
Must be available to resume immediately.

Employment Term: Contract

Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable to 1 year)
