Role – Storekeeper
Location: Lagos
Level: Mid- Level
We are looking to hire a competent and organized Storekeeper to manage the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and inspect incoming stock and materials.
Maintain an accurate record of inventory and stock levels.
Ensure proper storage and tagging of items.
Issue stock as per authorized requisitions and update stock cards.
Conduct routine physical stock checks and reconcile with records.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
Ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation policy.
Report stock discrepancies or damages to the supervisor promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of OND/HND in a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a Logistics or FMCG setting.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software and record keeping.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a computer literate.
