Job Summary:
* The Sales Van Representative is responsible for driving designated routes to sell and distribute the company’s products directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new customer accounts and maintain excellent customer relationships.
* Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers as needed.
* Operate the sales van to deliver products on schedule while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and functionality.
* Manage van inventory, conduct daily stock reconciliation, and report discrepancies.
* Collect payments, issue receipts, and ensure daily cash remittance according to company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, and delivery logs.
* Submit daily sales reports and other required documentation to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years of van sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail sector.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Good knowledge of sales techniques and territory management.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of local market and distribution channels
