About the Role:
We are hiring two experienced Sales and E-commerce Specialists to manage the daily operations of the Geo Store—our product sales outlet that functions both online and offline. The role involves handling product listings, driving sales, managing customer service, and executing e-commerce strategies.
Job Purpose:
To oversee and optimize sales performance across both the online and physical Geo Store, ensuring seamless customer experiences, efficient order fulfillment, and strategic growth of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings and inventory records
- Process online orders and coordinate fulfillment and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support
- Run e-commerce operations across platforms like Shopify or Zoho
- Execute product promotions and analyze sales data
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on client needs and feedback
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, GIS, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce, technical sales, or related roles
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong communication, customer service, and analytical skills
- A solid understanding of geospatial products and services (Very Important)
