FutureGRIN Group is building some of the most ambitious companies across multiple thriving niche of the future. We’re seeking a committed and entrepreneurial Startup Fundraising & Grant Writing Associate to help drive fundraising efforts across multiple early-stage ventures.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Startup Fundraising & Grant Writing Associate. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing different funding opportunities doing the following:

• Research relevant funding source, individuals, grants, accelerators, and investor opportunities.

• Draft and refine funding/grant proposals, LOIs, and supporting documents

• Develop investor-facing materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, funding narratives

• Build and manage outreach lists for angels, VCs, and institutions

• Collaborate with startup founders to align messaging and funding strategy

• Help track submission deadlines, milestones, and basic reporting
  

Qualifications

• Strong fundraising, investor sourcing and grant writing skills

• Experience in researching and identifying funding opportunities

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven track record of successful grant applications and fundraising campaigns

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and remotely
  

Compensation

There is no fixed monthly salary. Considering the nature of the role, you would be paid as follows:

• 5% on any grant you secure

• 1% equity in each startup you actively work for, under FutureGRIN Group

• Letter of recommendation, resume credit, and public recognition for successful outcomes
