Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Send booking confirmations, check‑in guides, and Wi‑Fi codes via email/WhatsApp
- Manage Client Onboarding and “Stay and Retention” data
- Monitor Issues Reported flags; resolve or escalate within 2 hrs
- Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance, and host contacts
- Send post‑stay feedback forms; collect ratings/comments
- Update Client Feedback & Retention table; flag rebooking interest
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and invoices via templates (Office Docs)
- Upload signed docs to CRM, SharePoint, and update status in Airtable
- Create, write and schedule, and Post on all Social media Pages and LinkedIn, strategically target project managers, site leads, relocation teams Create simple graphics (Canva) for Reels and YouTube video posts
Requirements:
- Exceptional written communication and customer‑service mindset
- Familiar with Canva, Social Media Mgt, Booking Platforms, WhatsApp Business
- Able to juggle multiple requests, highly organised, and great with content
