The position:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Clinic Hubs Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of personnel and patient experience across our network of 6 health hubs (mini clinics). The coordinator will be instrumental in driving patient traffic, enhancing patient volume, delivering exceptional care experiences, generating revenue and ensuring effective data tracking. Moreover, this role plays a critical part in our mission to support low-income communities in achieving healthier lives through community outreach initiatives. In this position, you will be a part of the team cohort overseeing the hub and outreach operations execution at mDoc. Ideally you have have managed a clinical practice for several years understanding a focus on impact and business revenue. You will work closely with external stakeholders including government, funders, corporates and more. You will be expected to have great communication skills and a background in health. You will be expect to provide supportive oversight to a number of projects ensuring the operations are seamless and helping to interface with external stakeholders in and out of the country. Along with the mDoc leadership team, you will cultivate an environment reflecting the values of mDoc Healthcare, including respect for our members and team members. Providing optimal member-centred care and experience is of critical importance to mDoc so we are looking for people who embody this in mind and action. You must be data-driven or willing to be data-driven. Given we are a technology firm; you will use digital tools to work plan, manage projects track, predict our success as well as manage our members and customers. Also, given mDoc is a startup, there will likely be some fluidity to responsibilities.

Hub and Outreach Coordinator
Hub Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations of 6 health hubs, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational standards.
- Coordinating community outreach events - a standardized form of outreach
- Oversee personnel at each hub, ensuring a high level of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to drive patient traffic and increase patient volume at each hub
- Patient Experience and Care Delivery:
- Ensure delivery of excellent quality patient care experiences consistent with company standards.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
- Revenue and Profit Focus: Ensuring all hubs break even.
- Data Tracking and Analysis:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient traffic, volume, and patient satisfaction.
- Utilize data insights to optimize hub operations and outreach strategies.
- Community Outreach:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events multiple times per week.
- Ensure outreach events reflect the company's brand and values, maintaining consistency and professionalism.
- Foster relationships with community stakeholders, including churches and local organizations, to enhance brand presence and community engagement.
- Team Management:
- Coordinate internal teams to staff outreach events effectively without disrupting daily operations.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are aligned with outreach goals and responsibilities.
- Brand Ambassadorship:
- Represent the company at community events and ensure a positive brand perception.
- Uphold the company's values of inclusivity, accessibility, and commitment to improving health outcomes for low-income populations.
- Work closely with the manager on strategy and execution of the projects.
Assist in implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plan.
· Use Jira and other technology tools to proactively manage the team’s complex plans
- Oversee the operations of the hub practices
· Lead the daily huddles with the management team
· Prepare administrative documents, collect and compile inputs to documents as well as analyze financials and develop budgets
· Collect, compile, and organise background materials, documents and other materials for meetings and develop clinical education materials for members
-Focus on creating presentations, SOPs, curriculums, training materials, quality assessments
· Performs reporting as needed; compiles data, and generates reports and decks as needed
· Create monthly plans for virtual training needs and plan for resource
· Initiates meetings with stakeholders and team, prepares communication to summarize discussions and action items in meetings - internal and client meetings.
· Manage logistics with external partners and stakeholders
· Distribute communications related to program and project plan activities.
· Schedule meetings for program and project plan activities.
· Compile and publish weekly project status reports for leadership and project sponsors, project teams and other key project stakeholders.
· Collaborate and problem solve cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare management, community outreach, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics and implementing improvements.
- Commitment to promoting health equity and serving low-income communities.
- Interest or experience in health preferred. Business background preferred and consulting experience preferred.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and "person-centered" skill
- High level of organizational management capability and prioritization as well as the ability to break the ‘big picture’ into step wise different pieces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially excel, powerpoint, microsoft word
