Job Summary
Lagooz Schools Lagos in her expansion program is seeking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our organization's brand on social media. The primary goal is to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic and leads through various social media platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Identify the target audience and create content (videos, infographics, literature, competition) that resonates with them.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, infographics, literature, competitions, and other multimedia formats.
- Ensure that content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and messaging.
- Create a strategy to encourage Lagooz Schools' stakeholder active participation on our social media.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Foster a positive and interactive online community around the brand. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through social media channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and achieve specific objectives.
- Utilize social media advertising to reach target audiences and achieve campaign goals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Generate reports on social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, public relations, and other relevant teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, or other partners to amplify the brand's reach.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, features, and trends.
- Explore and recommend new tools or technologies to enhance social media strategies.
- Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle social media crises or negative publicity effectively.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans as needed. Legal Compliance: Ensure that all social media activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience OND in any field of study
Note: The candidate must submit a written report of their activities on social media to the marketing team.
