Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail sector.
- Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and confidential manner.
Performance Management:
- Administer and support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop professional development plans for employees.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance data.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations in Nigeria.
- Prepare and process payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with company goals and best practices.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth and effective integration for new hires.
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final settlements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
