Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and reels. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content. Ensure all content aligns with Nimbou Cloud’s brand voice and messaging.
Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback to maintain a strong brand reputation.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies. Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance Nimbou Cloud’s online presence.
