Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
- Grow your follower base and boost engagement
- Manage and monitor paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
- Use analytics to track campaign performance and optimize Collaborate with the team to run social campaigns tied to company goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital campaign management
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing funnels
- Strong copywriting and targeting skills
- Must submit proof of successful past campaigns (before/after stats, ad insights, etc.)
- Must be based in Lagos and available to work on-site
