Construction Kaiser is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Senior Quantity Surveyor- Commercial Operations .The Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to provide commercial support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and ensure that the Company’s objectives are achieved. They will liaise with customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims etc.

• Ensure that all project expenditure are captured and categorized under expenditure heads.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of the following:
• Project execution budget
• Project Cash/Value Flow (CVF)
• Ensure proper support of Technical Leads/Execution team in day to day implementation of approved budget.
• Ensure proper funding of the operations from commercial committee on a monthly basis.
• Ensure submission of relevant reports for the previous week to the commercial reporting and systems compliance unit.
• Ensure relationship with vendors and subcontractors are cordial.
• Effectively assist in managing the commercial operations team.
• Ensure effective interaction between the commercial operations team and the site managers.
• Supervise and mentor Quantity Surveyors
• Minimum of BSC/HND in Quantity Surveying.
• M.Sc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management will be an added advantage.
• Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Registered with QSRBN.
Minimum of 10 years post graduate working experience.
