We're Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria | Full-Time

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for cost control and project efficiency in construction? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Manage project costs, perform value engineering, and monitor contract variations.
• Oversee procurement processes and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits, valuations, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams.
Proven track record in cost management, contract administration, and commercial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT).

• Proficiency in software tools such as CostX, Candy, or Excel (advanced).

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Membership of a professional body (e.g., NIQS, RICS) is an added advantage.
