Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Enugu State . The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects. Daily tasks include preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure the financial success of projects by maintaining budgetary constraints and providing accurate financial feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management
• Experience with preparing and managing BOQs
• Skilled in Cost Reporting and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams
• Experience with construction and architectural projects is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
