Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing original clothing lines that reflect our brand’s vision and appeal to our target market. You will work closely with the production, marketing, and merchandising teams to bring collections to life from initial sketches to final products.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to develop fresh and innovative designs
- Create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings using hand-drawing or CAD software
- Select fabrics, colors, trims, and details for each collection
- Collaborate with pattern makers and seamstresses to create prototypes and final garments
- Present design concepts to management and incorporate feedback
- Attend fittings and make necessary design adjustments Stay current on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in fashion design or apparel development
- Strong drawing, sewing, and pattern-making skills
- Excellent sense of style, color, and fashion trends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills is required
Preferred:
- Experience in sustainable fashion or textile innovation Knowledge of garment construction and production processes
