Responsibilities:
- Handling complaints.
- Processing billing, orders, and forms.
- Asking and collecting customer feedback.
- Answering inbound calls from customers.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Managing database records. Answering questions.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
