As a Senior HR Recruiter (Researcher) , you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment, from market research and talent sourcing to candidate selection and client coordination. This role focuses heavily on active sourcing , market intelligence , and strategic hiring support for international clients.

Profesional Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in international and/or IT roles
• Strong experience with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and databases
• Skilled in interviewing and candidate assessment
• Knowledge of local and international labour markets and trends
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of fluency in English (C1 or higher) ; additional languages are a plus
  

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, research, and approach qualified candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, and alternative B2B tools
• Design and implement effective recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Forecast future hiring needs in coordination with clients and internal departments
• Lead and conduct candidate screenings, evaluations, and interviews (phone/video/in-person)
• Maintain and improve the recruitment database and tracking systems
• Provide market insights and recommend improvements in sourcing, processes, and tools
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding
• Stay up to date with labor regulations and HR best practices
Develop and maintain a strong professional network
