Our mission is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to excel globally.
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable SAT Math Tutor to prepare students for the Math section of the SAT exam. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills, an in-depth understanding of SAT Math content, and the ability to adapt lessons to various learning styles.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach SAT Math topics including Algebra, Problem Solving & Data Analysis, Geometry, and Advanced Math.
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons, both in group sessions and one-on-one formats.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Prepare and administer mock tests, timed drills, and homework assignments.
- Offer exam-taking strategies and tips tailored to the SAT format.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment.
- Work with the team to update and improve curriculum materials where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year teaching/tutoring experience, preferably in SAT or standardized test prep.
- Familiarity with the current SAT format and scoring system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate students and manage time effectively.
- Tech-savvy and able to work with online tools.
Preferred
- Experience with other standardized tests (e.g., ACT, GRE) is a plus.
- Scored 700+ in SAT Math (if previously taken).
