Job Summary
We Seek a full-stack developer tutor to teach and train young students in full-stack development part-time, 4 days per week. The successful candidate's roles and responsibilities encompass teaching and mentoring students in both front-end and back-end web development, as well as providing guidance on software development principles and best practices. The candidate is expected to develop and deliver training materials, conduct lectures, provide feedback, and stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering training programs and materials for various levels of learners, covering topics like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, backend languages, databases, and frameworks.
- Conducting hands-on labs, lectures, and workshops to guide students through the learning process.
- Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring students are meeting learning objectives.
- Staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in full-stack development and incorporating them into training.
- Providing one-on-one support and mentoring to students, addressing their questions, and helping them overcome challenges. Seeking feedback from students and stakeholders to continuously improve training methods, curriculum, and overall learning experience.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, and their respective frameworks (e.g., Spring, React, Angular).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of server-side technologies, databases, and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and software development lifecycles.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts, present information effectively, and provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Capacity to guide students through challenges, identify solutions, and mentor them on their learning journey.
