Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., networking events, cold calling, online research).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, proactive follow-up, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively articulate product or service value propositions to potential and existing customers.
- Manage and track sales leads using appropriate CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate documentation.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to proactively adapt sales strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions within established policies.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to achieve overall business objectives.
