Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive product sales and distribution within the FMCG alcoholic beverage sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales growth across assigned territories.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell alcoholic beverage products to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, bars, lounges, and restaurants.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and ensure effective product penetration.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through strong relationship management.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences, providing feedback to management.
- Execute in-store and on-trade promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies.
- Provide after-sales support, promptly resolving customer complaints and inquiries. Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain up-to-date client records.

Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–4 years’ experience in sales within the FMCG or beverage/alcohol industry.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the alcoholic beverages and tobacco market, distribution networks, and trade channels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
