Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the telecoms sector. The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting telecoms products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecoms industry (corporate, SME, and retail clients).
- Promote and sell telecoms products and services (e.g., internet connectivity, data solutions, voice services, enterprise solutions, managed services, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable margins and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Service Management, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and potential product improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 3–5 years proven sales experience, preferably in telecoms, IT, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of telecoms products and services (internet, data, fiber, voice, enterprise solutions, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
