Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential clients, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This includes preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote role, allowing flexibility in location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Client relationship management skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze competition
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a related field or Experience in the real estate industry
