Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, located in Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing market insights, and coordinating with the marketing and development teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Skills, Communication, and Negotiation abilities
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Business Development
- Ability to develop Sales Strategies and Presentations
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Market and Market Insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving Sales Targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in real estate is a plus Must live within Ajah or it's environs
