Job Overview:
The Sales Executive role is multifaceted. S/he plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue, building client relationships, property management, sales strategies, with an ongoing professional growth and must contribute to the success of Neohomes Limited. S/he will be responsible for generating leads, keeping the CRM data updated, taking sales calls, and achieving the sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients and properties.
- Create, update, and manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing description and visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote properties.
- Provide clients with up-to-date market data to assist in informed decision-making.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Attend open houses, industry events, and community gatherings to network and expand client base.
Follow-up & After Sales Support:
- Follow-up with clients post sales to maintain relationships and address any questions or concerns.
- Assist with post transaction processes, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, and repairs as needed.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Understand client needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Provide personalized support and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.
Market Knowledge:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and provide insights to clients.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Facilitate smooth transactions, working closely with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients and NeoHomes Limited.
Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Education
HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or any related field. Real estate license or certification is a plus
Experience
● 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing in a reputable real estate firm.
Good knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦220,000.00 per month
