Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows
- Maintain up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Provide support in financial analysis and forecasting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and integrity
