Are you an experienced sales closer with a proven track record of closing deals and finalising sales? We are currently seeking highly skilled and persuasive sales closers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills and be able to effectively engage potential customers to encourage them to make a purchase or commit to a sale.

You will work on the sales team and be fully responsible for:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Use expert telesales and persuasion skills to secure prospect interest and close sales.
• Tele-sale and communicate effectively with prospects and existing customers.
• Fully onboard and support newly converted customers.
• Ensure sales targets and quotas are met as specified.
• Develop, draft and write mailing contents and emails as required.
• Prepare and draft sales pitch presentation and proposals to customers (Individual and
• Corporate) as required.
• Initiate sales contact with prospects and follow-up using social media platforms when required (E.g. LinkedIn, etc.)
• Train and conduct orientation for new learners as required.
• Engage and handle customers and enquiry via website chat.
• To work and convert prospects via day and night shift duty work model.
Foster learning and can-do attitude among the team at all times.

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years+ of experience (preferably in the tech industry) working in TeleSales, Marketing, Customer Experience or a Business Development Role
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Demonstrable sales conversion skill
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
