Our client is currently looking for a HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCE to lead its team strategy and drive organizational excellence.
Location: Ikeja
Salary: 800,000-1,000,000/MONTH

Key Requirements:
Law background is compulsory (LL.B minimum; BL preferred).
MBA or advanced degree in HR/Business is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8–10 years
progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead the HR department and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training, and compliance.
Advise management on legal and HR-related issues.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
Foster a high-performance, people-focused culture.
