Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and fashion-savvy Sales Associate with a passion for leather pieces and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, particularly in luxury or leather pieces and accessories, and will play a key role in driving sales, building customer loyalty, and maintaining the brand’s premium image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge, including leather types, care instructions, fit, and styling advice.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints effectively.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay current on fashion trends and the latest product offerings.
- Support inventory management including restocking, tagging, and stockroom organization.
- Assist in promotional events, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods (leather industry experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of leather products, materials, and care is highly desirable.
- Passion for fashion and keen eye for style and detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
