Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to provide support across day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting the HR department, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional eager to grow within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department and management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and office files.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and company events.
- Manage correspondence including phone calls, emails, and office communication.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and manage inventory.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by HR or management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Office Technology, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Experience: Post Nysc or 2 year in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
