About us

We’re looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to help us grow our brand, attract ideal clients, and drive sales through smart marketing strategies. This role requires someone who is results-oriented, creative, and confident in generating and converting leads through digital and direct channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and qualify leads across platforms (email, LinkedIn, DMs, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct outreach campaigns and follow-ups to close new clients
• Prepare and present compelling sales pitches
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Hit monthly and quarterly conversion targets

Marketing:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, ads)
• Create or coordinate engaging content (posts, newsletters, landing page copy, etc.)
• Monitor and report on campaign performance
• Work with the design team to develop sales materials and visuals
Assist in refining brand messaging and positioning

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Canva)
• Comfortable working independently and hitting goals
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Based in Nigeria with access to stable internet and communication tools

Preferred:

• Experience working with tech startups, SaaS, or service-based companies
• Familiarity with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier
Portfolio of past campaigns, pitches, or successful client deals
