About Us :

RespectedFX is a leading Bureau de Change company offering fast, secure, and competitive currency exchange services. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales and increase market presence for our Bureau de Change services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our foreign exchange services to individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities :

Sales Generation:

. Identify and target potential individual and corporate clients for foreign exchange services (e.g., individuals needing personal remittances, businesses requiring foreign currency for imports/exports, travelers).

. Actively pursue new business leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.

. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the firm.

Client Relationship Management :

. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

. Provide expert advice on foreign exchange market trends and regulations.

Marketing & Brand Promotion :

. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the firm's foreign exchange services.

. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

. Represent the firm at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative service offerings and promotional campaigns.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

. Stay updated on local and international foreign exchange market dynamics, economic indicators, and regulatory changes .

. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing performance against targets and providing actionable insights .

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales pipeline information .

Requirements :

• Minimum of OND in any Field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.

. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• Proximity to the location is Key.
