Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Human Resources and Recruiting Manager, with a strong emphasis on recruiting. The role is focused on developing and executing recruiting strategies to scale a global team of employees, freelancers, and project-based contractors. Daily tasks include sourcing and attracting top candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and building talent pipelines across different regions. The role also involves onboarding, contractor management, and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams. You should be energized by startup culture and thrive in building systems from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal English and business acumen for recruiting international and US based candidates for roles. Proven success recruiting in a fast paced environment for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proven recruiting experience, with strong success in international hiring and global talent acquisition
- Ability to manage and scale freelancer/contractor teams for project-based work
- Expertise in building talent pipelines and managing full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and team collaboration
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR operations, employment laws, and compliance (U.S. and international)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company strongly preferred
