Responsible to manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office. Includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, welfare, compliance, and general administrative duties. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support performance management by tracking appraisals, KPIs, and employee feedback.
- Handle employee relations and resolve queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Oversee leave and attendance management systems.
- Coordinate staff training, welfare activities, and internal communication.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Nigerian labor laws and company policy.
- Manage office supplies, utility services, and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords as necessary.
- Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and administrative support staff.
- Ensure safety, security, and effective facility management across the office or branches. Support implementation and use of CRM
Requirements:
