Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Realtor Sales Associate located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The Realtor Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and coordinating real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, negotiating deals, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients. Day-to-day tasks will involve showing properties, advising clients on market conditions, handling documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and trends.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is a plus Attractive commission and incentive packages
