Job Title: Marketer / Sales Executive

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and marketing, strong networking abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Proximity to Jabi, Utako, or Lifecamp will be an advantage due to the location of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively market the company’s properties.
- Manage client relationships and follow up on inquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales (real estate experience is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Must be proactive, persuasive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidates living around Jabi, Utako, or Lifecamp are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary:
₦80,000 and above monthly (depending on experience and performance).
