Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
- Managing existing HNI accounts
- Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, and catalogs.
- Coordinating events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, or product launches.
- Collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for real estate projects in order to boost sales and promote brand credibility.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products/services.
- Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing and sales experience within the real estate development industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing through social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Networking and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong writing and communication skills.
